An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter Scale jolted several parts of the country on Monday. owever no loss of life or property was reported.
The quake tremors were felt in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Nowshehra, Mansehra, Lahore, Multan, Sahiwal, Kusur, Khyber Agency, Mirpur, Batgaram.
The earthquake’s epicenter was 222 kilometers from Peshawar in Hindu Kash region.
The quake left the people scared and shocked as they rushed out of their homes to open areas.
