Bilawal Bhutto appealed Punjab to rise up as Pakistan is burning

Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari appealed Punjab to rise up as Pakistan is burning as National Action Plan was converted into Noon-league Plan (NAP) and failed to achieve the agreed targets. “Go Nisar Go”, thundered the PPP Chairman following a symbolic Fateha offering for NAP.
Addressing thousands of PPP workers from Sindh at Bilawal House Lahore to week-long celebrations in connection with Party’s 49th Foundation Day ceremonies coinciding with Sindhi Culture Day, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari asked thousands of charged Jiyalas to offer Fateha for NAP, which was foiled by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar.
PPP Chairman said that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s son has brought changes in Sindh and also bringing changes in the Party as well and there were resounding echoes of slogans “Wazeer-e-Azam Bilawal”, when questioned the crowd that who would be winning the elections and the Prime Minister in 2018. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that everything is changed when Bhutto jumps into the battlefield and reiterated that Takhat-e-Raiwind has been put on notice there will be Dama Dam Mast Qalandar after December 27 and there will be “Go Nawaz Go” from every roof and street in the country.
He said that PPP is the Party of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Begum Nusrat Bhutto, Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto and Shaheed Shahnawaz Bhutto and read-out a poem which describes how a section of media have painted “Zalim as Zia” and “Martyrs as murderers, “Shaheed Benazir as thief”, “Individuals as God” and “Nawaz as Sharif” for reasons best known to the people of Pakistan.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari raised slogans of “Pakistan Khappay” and the crowd also echoed it and chanted “Khappay, Khappay Bhutto Khappay”. He said that entire country was burning and Punjab has to rise-up and play its historic role to save the country. He congratulated the people of Sindh on Sindhi Cultural Day and earlier Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was described by the speakers as Indus valley civilization’s son. Several cultural and folk art music troupes performed on the poetry of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and other Sufi saints of Sindh.
PPP Chairman recalled the history that there were times when Indus civilization stretched across the current Pakistan and we also consider Mohammad Bin Qasim as part of our culture.
On the occasion, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari performed cake-cutting ceremony at the stage together with Chief Minister, Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, PPP Sindh office-bearers Nisar Khuhro, Waqar Mehdi, Senator Aajiz Dhamrah, Senator Saeed Ghani, Political Secretary to the Chairman Jameel Soomro and others. Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah, former Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, CEC Members Nawab Yousuf Talur, Mir Aijaz Jakhrani, Senators, MNAs, MPAs and former office-bearers also attended the PPP Sindh workers conference.
