Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has sent a special message to the victims of the attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar in December last.“On this Eid day today our thoughts, especially go out to the martyrs of the APS Peshawar who were brutally gunned down by extremists on December 16 last year, as well as to the survivors and to their families, the PPP Chairman said in his message.
“The over one hundred forty students, teachers and staff members should have been celebrating Eid like the rest of the nation had they not been assassinated by the callous enemy.
“We salute these young martyrs. They are our national heroes and heroines. Their courage and supreme sacrifice united the nation as never before in the fight against militancy. We owe it to their memory to take the fight to the door of the enemy and exterminate them from our midst. We will.
“No words are powerful or soothing enough to extricate the parents and guardians of the martyred students from the grief of a loss so overwhelming. The sacrifice of your sons, daughters and wards is etched in the collective memory of the nation’s consciousness, never to be erased. The nation’s thoughts and prayers are with you”.

کراچی(۱۷ جولائی) پاکستان پپلزپارٹی کے چئرمین بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے آج عیدالفطر کے موقع پرپشاور آرمی اسکول حملے کے متاثرین کے نام اپنے خصوصی پیغام میں کہا ہے کہ ہمارے دل آج آرمی پبلک اسکول کے ان شہیدوں کو یاد کررہے ہیں جن کو گذشتہ سال ۱۶ دسمبر کو دہشتگردوں نے گولیاں مار کر شہید کیا تھا، آج ہم اس حملے میں شہید ہونے والوں کے لواحقین اور بچ جانے والے بچوں کے بھی ساتھ ہیں، اپنے خصوصی پیغام میں بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے مزید کہا کہ اگر ۱۴۰ سے زیادہ بچے، ٹیچرس اور اسٹاف ممبران سفاک دشمن کے ہاتھوں شہید نہ ہوتے تو وہ بھی آج پوری قوم کی طرح عید منا رہے ہوتے،ہم ان معصوم شہیدوں کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں اور وہ ہمارے قومی ہیروز اور ہیروئنز ہیں،بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا کہ ان شہیدوں کی ہمت اور عظیم قربانی نے پہلی مرتبہ قوم کو دہشتگردی کے خلاف جنگ میں یکجا کردیا، ان شہیدوں کا ہمارے اوپر قرض ہے کہ ہم ان دشمنوں کے خلاف ان کے گھر تک جاکر لڑیں اور ان کو ہمارے درمیان میں سے ہمیشہ کے لیے ختم کردیں،ہم ان کا یہ قرض چکائیں گے،بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا کہ کوئی بھی الفاظ ان معصوم شہیدوں کے والدین اور خاندان کے دکھوں میں کمی نہیں کر سکتے، انہوں نے شہیدوں کے ورثاء سے کہا کہ ’’آپ کے بیٹوں اور بیٹیوں کی قربانی اس قوم کے شعور کی اجتماعی یاد میں سما چکی ہے جو کبھی بھی مٹ نہیں سکتی،پوری قوم کی دعائیں اور نیک
