Former President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed profound grief over the loss of innocent lives and damage to property in earthquake in Yunnan province of China.
Over 400 people are reportedly killed in the earthquake.
In a message the former President said that he was grieved to learn about the natural calamity that had hit the people of Yunnan province. The Pakistan Peoples Party offers deepest condolences to the families of the people killed and those injured in earthquake in the Yunnan province, he said.
He said the people of Pakistan shared the grief of their Chineses brethren and our thoughts and prayers are with them in this difficult moment.
