Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah has welcomed the appointments of new Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen. Raheel Sharif and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Lt Gen Rashad Mahmood.
In a statement‚ he also congratulated both the generals for their appointment and expressed the confidence that they will work with zeal for protection of geographical borders of the country as well as tackling other challenges.
