the Frontier PostFederal Law Minister Farooq H Naik has said that Swiss authorities have not replied the letters; therefore, cases against President Asif Ali Zardari can’t be reopened. The bill regarding judges’ dual nationality is under consideration. While talking to media in Islamabad, Farooq H Naik said that Swiss authorities have not replied the letters written to them regarding restoration and reinstatement of cases filed against President Asif Ali Zardari. He said that there should be special law for judges who are enjoying dual nationality as is the case with bureaucrats. In this regard, the government is pondering over bringing a new bill in the parliament. He made it clear that according to the bill tabled in the parliament, the bureaucrats would be liable to leave the dual nationality within 90 days. The Law Minister concluded that he has no information about president’s likely address to joint session of the parliament.
