Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has said the Supreme Court should take notice of the statement made by General Hamid Gul about his role in the establishment of Islami Jamhoori Ittehad. Talking to the media persons in Islamabad today‚ he said the IJI was formed to stop Pakistan People's Party from coming into power. He said massive rigging was done in the 1990 elections to block the way of PPP.
