Parliament final authority for legislation
The Punjab Governor has said that only parliament has the authority to legislate and make amendment in the constitution.
Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khosa says only parliament has the authority to legislate and make amendment in the constitution.
He was addressing at an Aftar Dinner in Lahore last night.
He said that Parliament is the only difference between Democracy and the dictatorship.
