Pakistan's SC seeks list of loan write-off beneficiaries from 1971
ISLAMABAD : Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday sought the list of loan write-off beneficiaries from 1971, Aaj News reported.
According to the details, a three-member bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing of suo moto case of Rs 54 billion write off loan on Friday.
Chief Justice said that those who have not returned national capital will be sent to jail.
