بلوچستان: عید آ گئی مگر امداد نہ آئی
موسمیاتی تبدیلی کے باعث بلوچستان میں غیر متوقع بارشوں نے جہاں خشک سالی کا خاتمہ کیا وہیں سیلاب آنے سے صوبے کے مختلف علاقوں میں لوگ کھلے آسمان تلے بے یار و مددگار زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہیں۔
بلوچستان کے ضلع نصیر آباد میں ڈیڑھ ماہ قبل آنے والے سیلاب نے زمینداروں کو ایک ٹیلے پر رہنے پر مجبور کردیا ہے جو ابھی تک امداد کے منتظر ہیں۔ اپریل کے مہینے میں سبی ہرنائی اور ملحقہ علاقوں میں معمول سے زیادہ بارشیں ہونے کے باعث سیلاب کا پانی منجھوشوری میں آگیا اور فصلیں کاٹنے کی تیاری کرنے والے زمیندار جان بچانے پر مبجور ہوئے۔ سیلاب کو گزرے ڈیڑھ ماہ ہوگیا ماہ رمضان کے بعد عید پر بھی متاثرین کے رہنے کا کوئی بندوبست نہ ہوسکا ہے۔
منجھوشوری گوٹھہ واجہ کے زمیندار عبدالغفورکے سات بچے ہیں، وہ بارشوں سے قبل سہانے خواب سجائے فصل کو کاٹنے کے انتظامات کر رہے تھے کہ سیلاب آگیا جو ان کا سب کچھ بہا کر لے گیا اور ان کو بے گھر کر دیا۔ اب وہ پٹ فیڈر کینال کے ٹیلے پر خاندان کے دوسرے افراد کے ساتھ ایک خیمے میں رہنے پر مجبور ہیں۔
عبدالغفور نےانڈپینڈنٹ اردو کو بتایاکہ وہ اور گاؤں کے دوسرے لوگ رات کو سو رہے تھے کہ اچانک تیز بارش ہوئی اور سیلاب کا ایک بڑا ریلا ان کے علاقے میں داخل ہوا۔ سیلاب سے بچنے کے لیے وہ خود کو اور کچھ مال مویشیوں کو محفوظ مقام تک پہنچانے میں کامیاب تو رہے مگر سیلاب نے ان کی کھڑی فصلوں کو شدید نقصان پہنچایا۔
عبدالغفور کے بقول ان کے گاؤں میں رہنے والے زیادہ تر چھوٹے زمیندار ہیں اور سو سے زائد زمینداروں کو سیلاب کی وجہ سے 15 سے 20 لاکھ روپے کا نقصان پہنچا ہے گندم، چنے کی فصل ڈوب گئی۔
رواں سال کے ابتدائی تین ماہ کے دوران شدید بارشیں ہوئیں جس سے صوبے کے مختلف اضلاع جن میں نوشکی، پشین، قلعہ عبداللہ میں سیلاب آیا جبکہ اپریل کے مہینے میں بلوچستان کے ضلع نصیر آباد میں تیز بارشوں کے بعد سیلاب آیا جس کے باعث ضلع کے مختلف علاقے منجھوشوری، قبولہ اور اس کے آس پاس کے دیہات پانی میں ڈوب گئے۔ علاقہ مکینوں کے مطابق گوٹھ واجہ میں سو سے زائد مکانوں کو نقصان پہنچا اور سینکڑوں ایکڑ پر کھڑی گندم، چنے کی تیار فصل تباہ ہوگئی۔
محکمہ موسمیات کے اعداد وشمار کے مطابق بلوچستان میں ماہ اپریل کے دوران صوبے کے مختلف شہروں میں 579.2 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی۔
جہاں ایک جانب سیلاب نے علاقہ مکینوں کو کھڑی دھوپ میں سہارا لینے پر مجبور کر دیا وہاں ثناء اللہ اور اس جیسے دوسرے طالبعلم سیلاب سے سکولوں کے تباہ ہونے پر پریشان ہیں۔
ثناء اللہ نےانڈپینڈنٹ اردو کو بتایا کہ سیلاب کا پانی ان کے سکول میں بھی داخل ہوگیا جس کے باعث اب وہ سکول نہیں جاسکتے اور وہ اب تعلیم سے محروم ہیں۔ سیلاب آنے کے بعد ان کے گھر کا سارا سامان بھی بہہ گیا۔
حکومت بلوچستان نے متاثرہ علاقوں کے لیے خصوصی پیکج کی فراہمی کا اعلان کر رکھا ہے اس سلسلے میں ضلع نصیر آباد سے تعلق رکھنے والے رکن صوبائی اسمبلی اور مشیر تعلیم محمد خان لہڑی کے مطابق سیلاب آنے کے بعد ہم نے لوگوں کی جانیں بچائیں اور اس کے بعد متاثرین میں راشن اور خوراک کا سامان پہنچایا اب متاثرہ افراد کا ڈیٹا اکٹھا کیا جارہا ہے تاکہ حقداروں کو ان کا حق مل سکے۔
گو کہ سیلاب کا پانی کم ہو گیا لیکن متاثرین کے گھر بھی سیلاب کی نظر ہوگئے، جن کا مطالبہ ہے کہ نقصانات کے ازالے کے ساتھ ان کے گھروں کی بحالی کے لیے بھی اقدامات کیے جائیں۔
عید پرغریبوں کو بھی خوشیوں میں شامل کریں، وزیراعلیٰ سندھ
وزیراعلیٰ سند ھ سید مراد علی شاہ نے عیدالفطر کے پرمسرت موقع پر پاکستان بالخصوص سندھ کے عوام کو عید کی مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ عیدالفطر ایک خوشیوں کا تہوار ہے اور مسلمانوں کیلئے رمضان المبارک کے روزے رکھنے کے بعد اللہ تعالیٰ کی جانب سے خوشیوں کا یہ تہوار ایک انمول تحفہ ہے۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ عید کے موقع پر ہمیں غریبوں کو بھی اپنی خوشیوں میں یاد رکھنا چاہیے، سندھ حکومت کی جانب سے کئے گئے بہتر انتظامات کے پیش نظر تجارتی مراکز کی رونقوں میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے اور تجارتی سرگرمیوں کو بھی فروغ حاصل ہوا ہے اور لوگوں نے بڑھ چڑھ کر عید کی تیاریاں کیں۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے سیکیورٹی اداروں کی جانب سے کئے گئے بہترین اقدامات پر ان کی کارکردگی کو سراہا۔انھوں نے صوبائی کابینہ کے اراکین اورممبران صوبائی اسمبلی کو بھی ہدایت کی کہ وہ اپنے حلقوں میں عید کے تہوار کی خوشیوں میں ضرورتمندوں اور غریب افراد کو شامل کریں اور ان کی ہر ممکن مدد کریں۔
انکا کہناتھا کہ ہماری پارٹی کا منشور بھی غریب عوام کی خدمت اور ان کے مسائل کا تدارک کرنا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ سند ھ سید مراد علی شاہ نے کہا کہ عید کے اس پرمسرت موقع پر ہم سب ملکر پاکستان بالخصوص سندھ کی ترقی اور خوشحالی کیلئے عہد کرنا ہوگا۔

OUR politics is divided into 10-year-long cycles. Or perhaps they can be called pendulum swings that take around a decade (give or take a couple) to move from one end to the other. At one end, the credibility of the civilian side is at its peak and they are seen as saviours, while at the other, hope shifts to the establishment after having been shattered by the politicians.
At least this is what appeared to have happened by 1999 when the military coup took place — the ‘corruption’ stories of both the PPP and PML-N, coupled with the latter’s success in alienating most sections of society — the judiciary, the political opposition, the press (there was no ‘media’ back then), as well as most of the urban middle class — by first freezing dollar accounts and then trying to pass the amirul momineen constitutional amendment. The relationship with the military was on a downward trajectory.
This meant that there were few voices condemning the coup. Even human rights organisations kept their condemnation muted, so worried had they been by the implications of the constitutional amendment. It’s an ugly national secret that Gen Musharraf was quietly welcomed by many of us in his initial years. But by 2007, the cycle had ended.
The very politicians we had collectively turned our backs on earlier were our great hope. Benazir Bhutto, who, reportedly, the American officials had no time for after the coup, was ushered into a deal with the dictator, and the joy with which the 2008 elections were greeted, despite the tragic event leading up to them, is still fresh in our minds.
It is hard to say for sure, but 2019 is very different from 1999.
But that was 2008 and now it is 2019. In the intervening years, the (traditional) political class, those we had pinned our hopes on, has lost much of its sheen. Once again there are stories of corruption and misgovernance, centralised decision-making within parties, dynastic politics, and politics based on individual interests.
Enter the PTI with its slogan of change, led by a man who doesn’t behave like a (traditional) politician. He is backed by the powerful establishment and, more often than not, we are reminded of shrinking civilian space.
No wonder many allege an unofficial coup is in place. Indeed, parallels can be drawn with the Musharraf years.
There is little doubt that the establishment has recovered much of its credibility and space that it seemed to have lost in 2008, while the political class (barring the PTI) for the moment seems to be facing pressures similar to what it did from 1999 to 2007.
Similarly, the chaos in parliament is in some ways similar to what we saw post 2002; a strong opposition led by the PPP and PML-N had paralysed parliament at that time too. Back then too, we thought the opposition benches were filled with sincere democrats.
So, is this a pendulum swing against democracy? And will it take another decade for a reversal of fortunes?
It is hard to say for sure, but 2019 is very different from 1999. And the ‘swings’ seem to have changed.
One way to put it is that the ‘rightward’ swing this time round doesn’t seem to have gone as far right as we imagined or feared. Or we could say that the characteristics of the swing have changed altogether.
Of course, the first and biggest evidence of this is the continuation of the democratic setup and timely elections. Along with this, there is a qualitative change for the better in both the establishment (which wants the election process to continue and is averse to a direct intervention) and the politicians. Hence the latter, which had no place to speak till 2002, now have a platform, and a democratic one at that. The proliferation of news channels, with their unending appetite for sound bytes and debates, has provided them with another platform. And an opposition, however much under pressure, will always get more time than a government, which tends to avoid too many interviews.
All of this also allows for a greater pushback, be it the accountability drive, the shrinking space for freedom of speech or other political issues. And in the absence of a direct intervention, the judiciary is also less pliable. It may have encroached needlessly at times on civilian space, but it has also ruffled uniforms on more than one occasion.
In this regard, the outcome of the latest references against Supreme Court judge Faez Isa will provide more evidence of whether or not the judiciary will be restrained. However, so far, it doesn’t seem to be an easy task, for the collective outrage to the news of the reference is reminiscent of the coming together of the political parties and the legal community when Iftikhar Chaudhry was fired.
In other words, this time around, the pushback started from day one. And the pressure being exerted is not targeting the PTI alone. It is being felt elsewhere, too.
On Sunday night on anchor Mohammad Malick’s show, a senior analyst explained that the military does not make public culprits who have been caught and convicted of espionage, as it allows the ‘enemy’ to find out that its ‘information’ may now be out of date and irrelevant. Then why did it do so this time, he was asked.
There was so much criticism of the current accountability process and how it only targeted the political class and spared the military and the judiciary that Rawalpindi was compelled to make it public, explained the analyst.
Did media pressure lead to making information public, which is not the norm, asked an incredulous host. The answer to his question did not add more details to what had already been said, but the short exchange was revealing. Indeed, this is no 1999.
The polity has come a long way since. And if the swings no longer look like the past, perhaps the time period will also be different.

While Muslims across the globe were urged to strengthen their unity, Eidul Fitr in Pakistan divided the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) governments in the Centre and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. As the rest of the country decided to observe fast on Tuesday, the Peshawar administration was quick to announce celebrating Eid a day ahead, hence drawing the ire of scores of people, especially Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry.
Fawad criticised the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s decision to celebrate Eid on June 4 and termed it an “embarrassment”. Talking to a private TV channel, he said it was impossible to see the Shawwal moon on June 3. He said the decision of the provincial government to celebrate Eid on Tuesday was inappropriate.
The federal minister maintained that the decision caused humiliation and gave a perception that lies were supervised by the state itself. “The government does not get itself involved in sects and local disputes, people are free to celebrate Eid, but a religious festival should not be based upon lies. Even Luqman al-Hakeem had no cure for ignorance. The issue of moon sighting will also be resolved eventually, as the innovations of printing press, railway and loud speaker were accepted after years.”
He said societies develop under the leadership of contemporary minds and hopefully the literate class would not remain silent over the matter. “We have to reject backward mind-set, and wisdom and knowledge will eventually prevail in Pakistan.”
On the other hand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shaukat Yousafzai lashed out at Fawad Chaudhry for criticising the provincial government’s decision to celebrate Eid on Tuesday.
“I suggest ‘Mufti Fawad’ to focus on his work and not target the government and religious scholars,” Yousafzai said.
He defended the KP government’s decision to declare Tuesday as the first day of Eid, suggesting that while they were celebrating Eid on the correct day, the provincial government should have announced the beginning of Ramazan a day earlier.
“We started fasting as per the announcement of [Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee] Mufti Muneebur Rehman but beginning the fast a day earlier would have been [more] accurate,” the minister told a private news channel. “We will fast for one extra day as compensation for the fast [missed].”
He said it was a misunderstanding that the KP government had announced Eid on Tuesday on the instructions of Mufti Shahabuddin Popalzai, the Peshawar-based cleric who is frequently at the centre of controversies regarding sighting of the Ramazan and Shawwal moons.
The information minister revealed that Prime Minister Imran Khan had been approached before announcing Eid in KP. “The prime minister responded that ‘it is your matter and you understand it better’,” Yousafzai added.
The provincial minister also criticised Mufti Muneeb, saying the cleric had raised objection over Fawad Chaudhry’s efforts to celebrate Eid across the country on the same day. He claimed that Mufti Muneeb says “science has nothing to do with moon sighting”.
“Mufti Muneeb’s statement on the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project shows his disappointment,” the minister said, claiming that Mufti Muneeb, instead of presenting arguments, says that the provincial government would not survive.
Yousafzai said that there were differences within the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee as well. “Mufti Muneeb should step aside as retirement happens in every job,” he added.
On Monday, the KP information minister had announced that the provincial government after taking into account testimonies of moon sighting from all over the province decided to celebrate Eid on June 4.
The minister said that the government received a number of testimonies for Shawwal moon sighting from the former Federally Administrative Tribal Areas.
Earlier in the day, Popalzai said 48 witnesses had turned up in Bannu, seven in Mir Ali (North Waziristan), three in Mardan, two in Charsadda, 15 in Lakki Marwat, 18 in Karak and four in Hangu.
As the sky in Peshawar and adjoining areas was cloudy on Monday, the body relied mostly on witnesses from other districts.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday congratulated the nation on the occasion of Eidul Fitr. “On the auspicious occasion of Eidul Fitr, I wish to greet the Muslims throughout the world and of Pakistan in particular and pray for peace and prosperity in Pakistan, in our region and in the world.”
In his message on the eve of Eidul Fitr, Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that his thoughts on this Eid were with the poor of the country groaning under unprecedented inflation, unemployment and unable to make both ends meet. He called upon the affluent to share the joy of Eid with their less fortunate brethren.
He said that the spirit of Ramadan was to inculcate the values of tolerance and humility and urged people to imbibe and pursue this spirit even beyond the month of Ramazan.
“On this occasion, let us also remember the poor and the needy, all those who have laid down their lives for peace in the country and all victims of brutalities and injustice,” he said.
کسی بھی طرح جائیدادیں چھپانے کی کوشش نہیں کی: جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے اپنے خلاف حکومتی ریفرنس سے متعلق صدر مملکت عارف علوی کو پانچ صفحات پر مشتمل ایک اور خط لکھا ہے جس میں ان سے قانونی سوالات پوچھے گئے ہیں۔
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے اپنے خلاف حکومتی ریفرنس سے متعلق صدر مملکت عارف علوی کو پانچ صفحات پر مشتمل ایک اور خط لکھا ہے جس میں ان سے قانونی سوالات پوچھے گئے ہیں۔
صدر پاکستان کی جانب سے سپریم کورٹ کے تیسرے سینیئر ترین جج جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے خلاف بھجوائے گئے ریفرنس پر ردعمل کی شدت میں آئے روز اضافہ ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ ملکی میڈیا ہو یا سوشل میڈیا ہر طرف اسی معاملہ کی بازگشت سنائی دے رہی ہے۔ جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ اپنے خلاف دائر ریفرنس سے متعلق الزامات کا دفاع کرنے کو تیار جبکہ وکلا کے سب سے بڑے فورم سے ردعمل میں نئے عدالتی بحران کی دھمکی دے دی گئی ہے۔
ایسے میں خفیہ طور پر سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں دائر کیے گئے اس ریفرنس سے متعلق الزامات پوچھنے کے لیے جسٹس فائز عیسی کے صدر پاکستان کو لکھے گئے پہلے خط کے بعد ان کی جانب سے دوسرا خط بھی بھجوا دیا گیا ہے۔
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے اس خط میں لکھا ہے کہ ’جناب صدر اس سے پہلے کہ کونسل مجھے نوٹس بھیجتی میرا جواب آتا لیکن میرے خلاف میڈیا پر کردار کشی کی مہم شروع کر دی گئی ہے، کیا شکایت کے مخصوص حصے میڈیا میں لیک کرنا حلف کی خلاف ورزی نہیں؟‘
انہوں نے لکھا کہ کیا میڈیا میں مخصوص دستاویزات لیک کرنا مذموم مقاصد کی نشاندہی نہیں کرتا؟ وزیر قانون، وزارت اطلاعات کے سینیئر عہدیدار اور حکومتی ارکان ریفرنس کے مخصوص دستاویزات میڈیا میں پھیلا رہے ہیں۔
’جناب صدر حکومتی ارکان میڈیا میں ریفرنس سے متعلق گفتگو کر رہے ہیں اور اسے میرے خلاف احتساب کا شکنجہ قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔‘
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسی نے خط میں مزید لکھا ہے کہ ’یہ مناسب رویہ ہے، کیا یہ آئین سے مطابقت رکھتا ہے؟ صدر، وزیر اعظم، وفاقی وزرا اور ججز عہدہ سنبھالنے سے پہلے آئین پاکستان کا حلف لیتے ہیں۔ مخصوص مواد پھیلا کر اور گفتگو کر کے کیا وہ حلف کی خلاف ورزی کے مرتکب نہیں ہو رہے؟‘
خط میں انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ’جناب صدر میڈیا میں رپورٹ ہوا کہ آپ نے میرے خلاف شکایت بطور ریفرنس کونسل کو بھجوائی، رپورٹ ہوا کہ شکایت وزیر اعظم کی ہدایت پر بھجوائی گئی لیکن مجھے ابھی تک ریفرنس کی نقل فراہم نہیں کی گئی۔‘
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسٰی نے خط میں لکھا کہ ’میں صرف یہ تصور ہی کر سکتا ہوں کہ الزام لندن کی تین جائیدادوں کے بارے میں ہے، یہ جائیدادیں میرے، میری بیوی اور بچوں کے نام پر ہیں، جناب صدر میں رضا کارانہ طور پر جائیداد کی تفصیلات ظاہر کر رہا ہوں۔ ریفرنس میں کہا گیا کہ یہ بچوں کی جائیداد ہے تو میں کیسے مس کنڈکٹ کا مرتکب ہوا؟ سیکشن 116 کسی طرح بھی سزا کی شق نہیں، سیکشن 116(3)کسی بھی غلطی کو درست کرنے کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔‘
انھوں نے صدر پاکستان کو لکھے اپنے دوسرے خط میں کہا ہے کہ ’اگر میں نے اپنے ٹیکس ریٹرن میں اپنے خود کفیل بیوی بچوں کے اثاثوں کا ذکر نہ کر کے جرم کیا ہے تو کیا وزیر اعظم نے اپنے ٹیکس گوشواروں میں اپنی تمام بیویوں اور بچوں کے اثاثے ظاہر کیے ہیں؟ اگر کیے ہیں تو برائے مہربانی
مجھے کاپی فراہم کی جائے۔
انہوں نے لکھا کہ ’مجھے اور میرے خاندان کو آدھا سچ بتا کر بدنیتی کی بنیاد پر نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے، حکومتی ارکان کا یہ طرز عمل میرے اور میرے اہل خانہ کے لیے پریشان کن ہے، میرے بچے تعلیم مکمل کرنے کے بعد ایک عرصے سے لندن میں مقیم اور وکالت کے شعبہ میں کام کر رہے ہیں، جائیدادیں بچوں کی ملکیت ہیں۔‘
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسٰی کے مطابق جائیدادوں کو کسی بھی طرح چھپانے کی کوئی کوشش نہیں کی گئی، یہ جائیدادیں کسی ٹرسٹ یا کسی آف شور کمپنی کی ملکیت نہیں۔ ’قانون کے تحت مجھ پر اپنے مالی معاملات کی تفصیلات ظاہر کرنے کی پابندی نہیں لیکن میں رضا کارانہ طور پر یہ ظاہر کر رہا ہوں۔‘
جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے لکھا کہ ’میرے بزرگوں نے قائداعظم کے ساتھ شانہ بشانہ آزادی کی جنگ لڑی، بزرگوں کی عزت اور توقیر سے بڑی کوئی چیز نہیں اور میں اپنے حلف کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے آئین کا تحفظ اور دفاع کروں گا۔
وکلا قیادت کا حتمی اعلان
سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کے صدر امان اللہ کنرانی نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ 14 جون کو سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں اس ریفرنس کی سماعت کے موقعے پر وکلا سینہ سپر ہوں گے۔ اس مرتبہ شاہراہ دستور پر احتجاج نہیں کیا جائے گا بلکہ عدالتوں کو تالے لگائے جائیں گے، ملک بھر کی بارز کو اعتماد میں لے لیا گیا ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ’وکلا کے ردعمل کو روکنے کے لیے اس بار آنسو گیس نہیں بلکہ ایمبولینسیں منگوائی جائیں کیونکہ وکلا اب مرنے کے لیے بھی تیار ہیں، حکومت گولیاں آزمائے ہم سینہ آزمائیں گے۔‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ جسٹس قاضی فائزعیسیٰ کو آپ کے سامنے شکار کے طور پر پیش نہیں ہونے دیں گے۔
’چیف جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ ریفرنس خود پھاڑ دیں ورنہ ریفرنس کو آپ کی عدالت میں آگ لگا دیں گے۔‘
واضح رہے کہ امان اللہ کنرانی کا تعلق پی ٹی آئی رہنما معروف قانون دان حامد خان گروپ سے ہے۔
پاکستان بارکونسل، چاروں صوبائی بارکونسلوں، کراچی، راولپنڈی، لاہور، پشاور اور کوئٹہ بار سمیت ملک بھر کی چھوٹی بڑی وکلا تنظیموں نے صدر سپریم کورٹ بار کے اعلان کو تسلیم کر لیا اور ان کا ساتھ دینے کی یقین دہانی کرائی ہے۔

دوسری جانب اپوزیشن سیاسی جماعتیں پہلے ہی اس ریفرنس کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونے کا اعلان کر چکی ہیں۔ عید کے بعد اپوزیشن احتجاج کے ایجنڈے میں بھی اس معاملہ کو متفقہ طور پر شامل کر لیا گیا ہے۔ پیپلز پارٹی رہنماوں کا کہنا ہے کہ چیئرمین بلاول بھٹو زرداری عید کے بعد پنجاب کی بار ایسوسی ایشنز سے خطاب کریں گے اور مقصد صرف عدالتی خود مختاری کی بحالی کے لیے تحریک کی کامیابی ہو گا۔
وزیراعظم عمران خان کی معاون خصوصی برائے اطلاعات و نشریات فردوس عاشق اعوان نے کہ ہے کہ ’پاکستان تحریک انصاف ملک میں عدلیہ کی آزادی اور قانون کی حکمرانی قائم کرنے کی جدوجہد کا ہمیشہ سے ہر اول دستہ رہی اور رہے گی، جبکہ مسلم لیگ ن اداروں اور قانون کا احترام اپنی منشا اور سہولت کے مطابق کرتی ہے۔‘
پاکستان تحریک انصاف ملک میں عدلیہ کی آزادی اور قانون کی حکمرانی قائم کرنے کی جدوجہد کا ہمیشہ سے ہر اول دستہ رہی اور رہے گی، جبکہ مسلم لیگ ن اداروں اور قانون کا احترام اپنی منشا اور سہولت کے مطابق کرتی ہے۔
