Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will leave for the United States on the 25th of January to meet the senior US officials and discuss Pakistan-US relations with them. His father Asif Ali Zardari is set to leave on 17th or 18 of January too for the US, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Bilawal will leave after the Lahore-Faisalabad rally of the party scheduled on January 19 while Zardari will leave earlier.
PPP sources told Dunya News that Bilawal is expected to leave on January 25. They told that Bilawal is scheduled to meet senior US officials. The father and son will meet the outgoing and incoming administration in the US. They will meet various US senators, congressmen and other people.
The party said that the agenda behind Bilawal’s meeting would be the improvement of Pak-US ties. The entire schedules for Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have been set for one week in the US.
