Senator Rehman Malik, Chairman, standing committee on interior affairs of the Senate of Pakistan, has issued notice to the relevant officials to form a joint interrogation team (JIT) to interrogate Ehsanullah Ehsan, notorious Deobandi Taliban terrorist who confessed to have attacked Malala Yousafzai.
He asked the federal interior ministry and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to ensure his inclusion in the FIR of the Malala Yousafzai attack case since Ehsanullah Ehsan confessed to have attacked her.
Rehman Malik further said that Taliban terrorist must be interrogated so that facts could be ascertained as how many innocent people he and his team of terrorists has murdered. He said the report of interrogation should be referred to the standing committee on interior affairs.
