HOW JAISH E MUHAMMAD'S OFFICE WAS OPERATING WHEN THE ORGANIZATION IS BANNED, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

How Jaish e Muhammad's office was operating when the organization is banned, who is responsible?

Chairman of parliamentary interior committee and former interior minister Senator Rehman Malik raised an important question in committee's meeting on Thursday. He said that the government claims that banned Jaish e Muhammad's office had been sealed and some arrests were also made but the question is that when Jaish e Muhammad is a banned organization, how its office was operating and who was running it? Who is responsible for it? He demanded the government to present answers to all these questions to the committee in order to clear doubts. NECTA officials while answeringa question told that information provided by India regarding the Pathan Kot attack had not been shared with NECTA.
Rehman Malik said "we have been completely cooperating with India over whatever happened in Pathan Kot but 65 people were martyred in Samjhota Express' incident. The FIR of their killing should be registered in Pakistan and the Pakistani team that is going to India to cooperate in investigations of Pathan Kot attack should take the FIR against the criminals of Samjhota Express, including Colonel Prohit and 7 other Indian officers".
Senator Rehman Malik further said "we appreciate PM's initiative for friendship with India but national interests should not be ignored in this matter". He also announced that families of 65 martyrs of Samjhota Express would be called in the next meeting of the parliamentary committee and their cases would be heard.
