Earthquake damaged 144 government schools partially in Dir Lower

Sources in education department told local journalists that a total of 66 male and 78 female government schools including primary, middle and high schools had been damaged partially while three schools’ buildings had been collapsed totally. The sources said that wide cracks had been appeared in walls of class rooms and boundary walls while some portion of boundary walls in government girls schools in dir Lower had been collapsed, they said, adding that survey was being conducted to collect data of schools damaged in the recent calamity.
