Pakistan: Sharjeel says won’t allow Imran to shut down Karachi

Sindh Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon Sunday said the provincial government will not allow Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan to paralyze the metropolitan city.
He expressed these views in reaction to Imran Khan’s warning of shutting down first the three major cities including Lahore on December 4, Faisalabad on 8 and Karachi on 12 and finally the entire country on December 16.

Sharjeel Memon said Imran Khan and his party’s protests had already caused losses of billions and, thus, the Sindh government will not allow any such move that results in the provincial capital’s shut down.
