Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP’s) member Raza Rabbani on Wednesday has said that PPP founding father Zulfikar Ali Bhutto did not bow down to a dictator but faced former President Ziaul Haq with courage.
He expressed these views at United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP’s) seminar about the 18 amendment in Karachi.He said that he is not in the favour of a new administrative unit.
He also said that the quota system has ended since August 1 2013.Rabbani said that nobody must criticise the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan.
