According to the details, the electricity bills of Imran Khan’s Zaman Park Lahore residence were paid on August 29.
Dunya News has obtained copies of paid bills of all three electricity meters installed at Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence.
The three bills for the month of August were in the amount of thirty nine thousand six hundred and forty eight rupees.
Imran Khan’s name escaped the 60-day defaulters list by making the payment.
According to the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) officials, the electricity connection would have cut off if the bills for the month of August were not paid.
It merits mentioning here that PTI chief Imran Khan had appealed the public not to pay their taxes and utility bills as part of his call for ‘civil disobedience’.
